Grace Kids Ministry

"HELPING KIDS LIVE JESUS-CENTERED LIVES."

Grace Kids Ministry

At Grace Fellowship Church our mission is to help families live Jesus-Centered Lives. Our Grace Kids Ministry team uses a "LEAD SMALL" approach to partner families with the church helping to teach our children what a Jesus-Centered life looks like.

Our small group leaders believe that two combined influences make a greater impact on our future generation than two individual influences. We use Orange Curriculum that emphasizes a small group approach in teaching the Word of God and building personal relationships with your families, small group leaders, and our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Our Grace Kids enjoy building relationships with their small group leaders, praising God during worship time, learning bible based stories and lessons in Large Group, and learning to "Live Jesus-Centered Lives. We would love to see you and your family visit Grace Kids at Grace Fellowship Church. To find Grace Fellowship Church, click here.

Check-In for Grace Kids

Your 1st visit

Here's what to expect when visiting Grace Kids for the first time:

First, ask a HOST at Grace Central how to register for Grace Kids and check-in for the first time. Or you can do this prior to your first visit by simply clicking on the "I'm New" tab listed below. Next, a Grace Central Host will show you where to find the Nursery (Newborn to 3 yrs) or Grace Kids Ministry areas (Pre-K to Grade 5). There, we will meet your family and one of our volunteers will lead your child to the age-appropriate room.

Prior to checking in to Grace Kids for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone). This information allows your children to be safe and secure while in our church, and provides us with your contact information in the event of an emergency.

To save time in this process, click the "I'm New "(listed below) to enter all this information prior to your first visit.

  • Parent/guardian name(s)
  • Child's name
  • Child's birthday
  • Home address
  • Phone number
  • Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your child

How check-in works

Before Service: You can check-in your child at the designated Grace Kids check-in station at the tree or the waterfall in the lobby. After finding your child's name in the database, you and your child will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the matching tag.

After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to the Grace Kids check-out station prior to picking up your child. Don't forget your name tag! You will need to return this to the check-out station in order for your child to be released back to you. Adults only, with the matching tag, will be allowed to pick-up their children following service.

During Service: In the event that we need to contact you during the service, your child’s identification code will appear on the screen. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and look for a staff member or volunteer, who will direct you to your child’s room.

What's happening in Grace Kids? We're glad you asked! Each month you can pick up a "What's Happening" flyer at the Grace Kids Central Desk, but here are just a few things we don't want you to miss...

Nursery/Parent Room

Grace Fellowship Church offers childcare during the service for infants and toddlers. We have two rooms in our nursery, one for infants and one for toddlers. Our family room is currently under construction, but parents with newborns are able to take advantage of this area, where they will be able to view the livestream of the service on a HDTV.

Grace Kids Legacy Project.....

Currently in construction, we will soon have a new home for all of our Grace Kids from Pre-K to 5th Grade. The old sanctuary is being renovated into a learning environment that will help teach the future generations of our church how to live Jesus Centered Lives. We are so excited to see how God is going to use this resource to change the hearts of many generations to come. We hope to see you soon!
